About
Todd Wasmund
Todd Wasmund, a retired U.S. Army Major General, leverages his extensive experience to assist business leaders and organizations in achieving their objectives. As a values-driven senior operations executive, he possesses considerable expertise in addressing complex challenges, implementing change initiatives, and supporting leaders who optimize their organizations’ performance.
After graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point, he completed over 33 years of active-duty service in the U.S. Army. He held various command and staff positions at all levels across the United States, Europe, Africa and Asia, including operational deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.

His global leadership experiences enabled him to enhance his professional competencies, including leading complex organizations with an international perspective, strategic planning, operations and process improvement, organizational transformation, critical thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
Todd is a lifelong learner and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematical Economics and Master's Degrees in Financial Management, Manpower Systems Analysis (Econometrics), and National Security and Resource Strategy. In addition to his history of leading complex organizations, he has experience as an Associate Professor of Economics at West Point. As a business development associate at a financial services startup company he applied theoretical knowledge to practical situations and gaining insights from business decisions.
